At Hart Strength and Endurance Coaching, we believe that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary feats, and that living an active lifestyle can transform your life in more ways than one. We also believe that these goals can be accomplished while balancing the real world, family, and work life. It is our passion to help people reach their fitness goals, whether it be a first 5K, a first pushup, a half marathon, or setting a personal record in an extreme ultra event.
We utilize science backed, evidence based, and athlete proven training methodology, with all of our coaching techniques overseen by a certified Exercise Physiologist, paired with decades of combined endurance training and racing experience.
We offer month to month training with unlimited communication (through email or Final Surge) and unlimited changes to your training plan. All plans are designed specifically for you and your goals, based on your goals, fitness levels, and how you progress throughout the plan.
We prefer month to month vs. a one time training program, as it allows us to truly customize your training based on your progression, and anything else that might come up in life between now and your goal race (because rarely does everything go 100% as planned!) .
We use the platform Final Surge to program your workouts, where you’ll be able to connect your GPS /Strava/Garmin Connect to automatically upload so we can track your progress. Final Surge also offers an app for smart phones, and emails you daily with workout reminders. Also, we have a private Facebook group for our clients to ask more general questions, interact with other clients, etc.
One on One Run Coaching: $219-$249/month
Designed for runners of all experiences, looking for expert, professional guidance to help them reach their running goals.
Run Coaching includes:
- One on one coaching with an educated, credentialed, professional coach with 1-10+ years run coaching experience.
- Personalized run training plan (posted bi-weekly) designed around your goals, availability, & current fitness level
- Final Surge athlete account
- Field testing (when necessary) to determine training zones and other fitness & progression data
- Optional strength training designed to compliment your run training. At home or gym splits available.
- Access to our extensive strength exercise video library
- Minimum 2x per week workout analysis & feedback
- Unlimited changes to your training plan based on your progression, and whatever may come up in “life”
- Unlimited email communication with your coach (24 hour response time during weekdays – your coaches like to race on weekends too!)
- Monthly phone call or video chat check in with your coach
- Pre-race strategy session to cover race day pacing, nutrition, crew, drop bag, etc. with client & their crew
- Discount codes on running gear & races through certain brand partnerships
- Access to our private Facebook group, & monthly team video chat/educational seminar
- Month to month billing, no contract required, and no start-up fees
